I’m Dylan, 29, from Dublin, Ireland.

I’ve been in sales since I was 18, working across industries like telecoms, cybersecurity, SaaS, and digital transformation. I’ve worked in businesses of all sizes, from early-stage start-ups like TryHackMe to big names such as Vodafone.

One of the highlights of my sales career was being the founding AE at TryHackMe, where I helped scale their B2B product from zero to $2.5 million ARR in under two years.

Over the years, I’ve taken on various sales roles such as SDR, AE, Account Manager, and Sales Manager. So I’ve seen the full cycle, from cold outreach to closing deals. I’ve sold to everything from scrappy start-ups to large enterprise teams, knowing there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.

I’ve also managed and supported sales teams, shaping outbound strategy, coaching reps, and building systems that work in the real world. Throughout it all, I’ve stayed hands-on, prospecting, pitching, chasing, and closing.
